Salogi provides on-demand warehousing, logistics solutions, and a platform for managing supply chains. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.Unauthorized use, including attempts to disrupt the platform, is prohibited.

You must create an account to access certain Services.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.Salogi may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is determined based on the agreed-upon terms between Salogi and the Customer.Payments must be made according to the invoicing schedule set by Salogi.Late payments may incur penalties or result in service suspension.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, including software, text, and logos, is owned by Salogi and protected by intellectual property laws.You retain ownership of uploaded data but grant Salogi a license to use it for service provision.
Limitation of Liability
Salogi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services.Services are provided "as is" without warranties.
Termination
Salogi may terminate access for violations or at its discretion.Upon termination, you must cease using the Services.
Amendments
Salogi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
